✔ 14-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

✔ Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

To qualify, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition

• In original packaging

• With all accessories/manuals included

• Free of odors, stains, scratches, or signs of use

⚠️ Items that arrive used, damaged due to customer handling, or missing parts cannot be refunded.

✔ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and supplier restrictions, the following cannot be returned:

• Personal care items (hair tools, grooming tools, beauty devices)

• Items that touch skin or hair

• Intimate or body-contact products

• Consumables

• Clearance items

• “Change of mind” on used/opened products

✔ Damaged / Wrong / Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no cost.

To qualify for protection, customers must provide photo/video evidence clearly showing the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

⚠️ Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible due to supplier restrictions.

✔ Return Shipping Responsibility

• If the issue is our fault (damaged/wrong item) → We cover or waive return shipping.

• If the issue is customer-related (change of mind, wrong size/color ordered, no longer needed) → Customer covers return shipping to the supplier warehouse.

⚠️ To prevent fraud and false claims, returns without approval will not be accepted.

✔ Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved by our quality control team or supplier.

Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.

✔ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this timeframe, the order may already be processing with our fulfillment partners and cannot be cancelled.

✔ Lost or Stolen Packages

We follow carrier tracking. If a package is marked “Delivered” by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers must contact the local courier/post office to file a claim.

✔ Customs, Duties & Delays

International shipments may experience customs delays.
We are not responsible for customs fees or delays caused by shipping carriers.

✔ Abuse Prevention Notice

To protect our store and customers:

• Excessive return requests

• Repetitive refund claims

• Suspicious order patterns
  may lead to refusal of service or return denial.

This ensures fairness for all customers and protects our small business.
